WHEN: July 12, 13, and 14 from 6:00 to 8:00PM. (Check in: 5:15-5:45)
WHO: All Erie Metro & County football players entering 3rd-8th grade in the fall 2023
WHERE: Erie Sports Center
COST: $50/athlete (or $25 for ESC JR Express Team Members)
Includes 3 days of instruction, tshirt and ticket to Erie Express home game on July 15
REGISTER AND COMPLETE WAIVER BY JUNE 19 TO GET A CUSTOM CAMP TSHIRT
Athletes will participate in the following each day:
Stretching and agility exercises
Football specific conditioning stations to enhance foot speed, strength and quickness
Position specific training including stances, ball handing, catching, reading and reactions.
July 12 offense focus, July 13 defense focus and July 14 offense & defense
Erie Express players, mascot and staff will be in attendance. Tickets and promotional items will be handed out at select days while supplies last.
